COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Curve Street games, logos, artwork, promotional materials, game assets, audio, and other original materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws to the extent provided by law.
Unless otherwise stated, these materials may not be copied, redistributed, sold, sublicensed, or used commercially outside the permissions described on this page.

MUSIC & SOUNDTRACKS
Music used in Curve Street games may include commissioned music, licensed music, and music created or edited with the assistance of generative AI tools.
Certain background music tracks used in Italian Street Food Simulator and Bar Owner Simulator include or may include pre-generated AI-assisted or AI-generated elements.
These tracks are provided as part of their respective games for in-game use.
Curve Street does not currently offer these AI-assisted soundtrack tracks for standalone commercial sale as official soundtrack products.
No purchase of a Curve Street game transfers ownership, publishing rights, sublicensing rights, or standalone redistribution rights for its music or other audio content.
Standalone redistribution, resale, re-uploading, sublicensing, or registration of Curve Street game audio with YouTube Content ID or similar automated rights-management systems is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Curve Street.
CREATOR & STREAMING POLICY
We welcome videos, livestreams, reviews, previews, tutorials, gameplay clips, and other transformative content featuring Curve Street games.
Creators may monetize content containing gameplay footage from our games, including music and other audio heard naturally during gameplay.
This permission also applies to gameplay featuring in-game music that contains pre-generated AI-assisted or AI-generated elements.
You do not need separate permission from Curve Street to create or monetize normal gameplay videos or livestreams featuring our games.
This permission does not allow the standalone redistribution of soundtrack or audio files, uploading complete soundtrack collections as your own content, selling or sublicensing our audio, or registering our audio with YouTube Content ID or similar systems.
CONTENT ID & COPYRIGHT CLAIMS
Curve Street does not intend to issue automated copyright claims against legitimate gameplay videos, livestreams, reviews, previews, or similar creator content solely because music or other game audio can be heard naturally during gameplay.
Curve Street does not authorize contractors or other third parties working on our game audio to register Curve Street game soundtrack files with YouTube Content ID or similar automated rights-management systems in a way that interferes with legitimate gameplay content.
If you receive a copyright claim involving music from a Curve Street game while publishing legitimate gameplay content, please contact us with the video URL and claim information.

PROHIBITED USES
The following uses are not permitted without prior written authorization from Curve Street:
Standalone redistribution or resale of game assets, music, or soundtrack files; claiming ownership of Curve Street content; sublicensing our music or other assets; registering our content with automated copyright or Content ID systems; or using Curve Street trademarks, logos, or game assets in a way that implies an official partnership or endorsement where none exists.
